Parking is just too expensive. Can they come up with a $10 rate for business traveler.

It was conveniently located to Wilmette Mall and the parking was inexpensive AND convenient.

Not a thing.

We arrived about 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon before a Vikings' game. The reception desk had 3 people working and there was a huge line. I waited less than 10 minutes. When I turned around, my husband had already parked the car and was waiting for me in the lobby with our luggage. Efficiency is the name of the game at this hotel! Our room was comfortable, beautiful and spotless. This was our first stay at this hotel, but definitely not our last! Wilmette mall was very lively, even at 10 on a cool Saturday night. ...read more

They checked us into an occupied room and proceeded to tell me they didn't have my reservation. They then told me that someone with the same name checked onto our room. Then they told us that they had done an early check in and by accident they have our reservation away.
